Motorola RAZR not Recognized? - mobile phone tools mpt 4.5.6a free download

Ok, I see this problem everywhere, but no solutions that worked for me. I have a Motorola RAZR V3 and my first computer recognizes it and tells me I have a v3 plugged then asks me if my software to install, but I do not say this time because I already MPT Phone (mobile tools) installed. How do I become MPT and the default profile, click on the USB port. I get the message that I need to connect the phone to be connected and if I disconnect and connect and start the download. Finally, the goal and a photo from a phone number is listed, but not the RAZR, and said initializing. I can not on the list or something.
