How can I avoid running over my sprinkler heads when mowing w/ a lawn tractor? - tractor lawn sprinkler

The grass is very thick and unless sprinklers are, I can not find them and still have a period of one or more pieces and them. Also, I can say to fix it myself because it is very expensive to buy new heads and someone to install it. Help, please.
